Personalised Reports

Send a report that looks and reads like your firm's work. Curia handles the structure and the standing content, you add the comments and risk ratings that matter for the property.

NSW VIC

The report is the only deliverable most clients ever read. It carries your firm's name, your reasoning, your reputation. When a contract review tool produces something generic, you end up rewriting it by hand to bring it back into line, and the time you saved on review goes straight back into cosmetic edits.

The problem with off-the-shelf reports

Most tools produce a report in their voice, not yours. The structure isn't yours, the wording isn't yours, the logo is bolted on if you're lucky. Purchasers notice. Repeat clients notice. The craft that earns the next referral disappears into someone else's template.

How Personalised Reports work

Your branding, applied once

Logo, colours, font and formatting choices are set at the account level and applied to every report Curia Contract Review generates. Change the logo once, every future report uses it. The in-app preview matches the Word document the purchaser receives, so what you approve is what they see.

Sections and standing wording you control

Templates govern which sections appear, in what order and with what standard wording. You have full control to edit, reorder, add or delete from your template. Your preferred clauses, dealing descriptions and recommendation language live in the Library and flow into every file. The body of the report reads like your firm wrote it, because your firm did.

Comments and risk ratings on top

For each item you can add a comment and apply a risk rating. The standing content gives the purchaser the full picture of the contract, your comments tell them what actually matters for their property. A non-lawyer can read the report end to end and know what to act on.

Tuned to Australian conveyancing

The same report engine works across all states. NSW standard contract reports follow the standard structure with your commentary on special conditions and dealings. Victorian contracts and Section 32 statements cover the vendor disclosures alongside the contract itself. The branding, standing content and risk ratings flow into both individually.

Where it sits in the review

Personalised Reports are the output. After you've stepped through the file, confirmed the extracted data, made the calls Ria stepped in for and finalised the Amendment List , Curia generates the report your purchaser receives. The Library and template feed the standing content, you finalise the layer of judgement on top and the purchaser sees one cohesive document with your firm's name on it.
